Janex Auto Sales is Ottawa’s premium used car dealership. They’re an independent dealership that’s been serving Ottawa for the last 25 years. Because of Janex Auto Sales long history of using AVA Credit, we thought it would be a great idea to visit the dealership and hear from the Managing Partner Ian Su about his experience using AVA. 

Since they began using AVA Credit in December 2020, Janex has seen a month-over-month increase in online traffic and lead generation. Ian also mentioned that the closing ratio of AVA leads is almost double compared to leads from AutoTrader or Kijiji.  

Ian also discussed how AVA Credit helps analyze a customer’s data in order to cater to the customer before that customer ever steps foot into the dealership, making the sales process much more efficient.
